André Tourigny, Shane Doan, Lawson Crouse, Jack McBain and Michael Carcone are bringing home the gold after Team Canada’s win at the IIHF World Championship. Lawson Crouse had a goal and assist in the gold medal game, while Arizona Coyotes prospect Maksymilian Szuber captured silver with Team Germany. Coach Tourigny can add IIHF Championship to his resume of coaching in international play. After leading the Coyotes to a season above expectations and an IIHF team that many before the tournament called underwhelming to gold, “Bear” is starting to make a name for himself as a head coach.

Petey and Leah discuss how Tourigny led Canada to win and what makes him a good coach. Plus, they check in on Dylan Guenther and Jérémy Langlois in the Memorial Cup and break down the Las Vegas Golden Knights’ commanding series win over the Dallas Stars.
