3 Diamondbacks takeaways after eventful Winter Meetings week across MLB

It has been a busy week around Major League Baseball.
Since Dec. 8, superstar outfielder Juan Soto signed a record-breaking deal with the Mets. The Yankees gave Max Fried the largest contract in MLB history for a left-handed pitcher. The Red Sox sent a haul of prospects to the White Sox for lefty ace Garrett Crochet. The Cubs landed All-Star outfielder Kyle Tucker in a blockbuster deal with the Astros.
And the Diamondbacks have done ... well, nothing.
In his hotel suite at the Winter Meetings in Dallas earlier this week, general manager Mike Hazen did not seem concerned about his team's lack of activity.
"We still have a long way to go [in the offseason]," he said.
