Team USA ran Cameroon off the court at the U19 FIBA World Cup, 129-70. Tommy Lloyd’s squad moves to 3-0 in the group stages of the tournament and is set to face off against Jordan in the Round of 16.
Arizona’s Koa Peat continued his show of dominance on the world stage with 15 points and 6 rebounds in just 22 minutes of play. Peat continues to prove that he is on a shortlist of the nation’s elite freshmen in 2025 while competing for Team USA.
Among those players are BYU’s AJ Dybansta, who added 16 points, and Louisville’s Mikel Brown Jr., who had a game-high 24 points.
The new additions to Arizona’s squad don’t stop there. International recruit Ivan Kharchenkov has officially signed with Arizona Basketball following his BBL Championship with Bayern Munich just last week. Could the Russian-German wing start next season at Arizona?
PLUS it’s time to put your hater hats on because we’re firing up the TierMaker and ranking colleges we hate the most as Arizona fans.
