Wildcats Offensive Coordinator Seth Doege’s first impression with Tucson was a good one. Part of that impression was earning a commitment from 4-Star QB recruit Oscar Rios. Rios attended the Elite 11 football Camp this summer and his early season numbers are the best among his contemporaries.
