The 2025 Phoenix Suns Rookies Are DEVELOPING In NBA G-League

The two highest-picked players of the Phoenix Suns 2025 Draft, Khaman Maluach and Rasheer Fleming, have spent much of their first season in the NBA G League — with future development as the goal.

Now, almost halfway through the season, these Phoenix Suns rookies are showing REAL flashes of what Suns fans hope to see from these two in the years to come.

Will Rasheer Fleming’s league-ready defensive activity be matched with one of his offensive skill sets being strong enough on the NBA-level?

Tracking where Maluach was post-draft, and the same with Fleming, to now, has been intriguing, and it should be noted that development is a tedious process that gradually displays its benefits. The Suns are invested in these guys for the long-term.
