The Phoenix Suns snapped a two-game losing streak by escaping with a 120-111 in over the Dallas Mavericks Tuesday.

Suns hold off rally, get much-needed win vs. Mavs

Phoenix led by as many as 31 points in the first half but Dallas slowly chipped away thanks in large part to its ability to get to the line. The Mavericks finished the game with 44 free throw attempts to just nine from the Suns.

Dillon Brooks led the way for the Suns with 23 points (on 11-of-26 shooting) while centers Mark Williams (13 points, eight rebounds) and Oso Ighodaro (10 points, 10 rebounds, four assists) made major contributions during their time on the floor. Mavs wing Naji Marshall led all scorers with 31 points while rookie star Cooper Flagg finished with 27 points in 36 minutes of action.

With the win, the Suns move to 32-22 on the season with one game remaining before All-Star. PHNX Suns is back to talk you through how it all went down. Follow the show: @PHNX_Suns, @ErikRuby, @GilMcGregor_, @Espo and @StephenPG3!
