Jacoby Brissett just had a game that belongs in the conversation for one of the WORST QB performances in Arizona Cardinals history.
In the Cardinals’ Week 2 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Brissett finished with just 95 passing yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception as Arizona’s offense completely fell apart. After a promising Week 1 win over the Chargers, the Cardinals managed only 151 total yards and were shut out in the second half.
But was this simply one terrible game or do Jacoby Brissett and the Cardinals have a problem?
Jacoby Brissett Had His Worst Game Ever
In this episode of Southwest Bias, Espo breaks down:
- Jacoby Brissett’s brutal performance against Seattle
- Why 95 passing yards is so alarming
- How Brissett’s performance compares to other disastrous Cardinals QB games
- Clayton Tune’s infamous 2023 performance against Cleveland
- What has happened to the Cardinals offense since the second half of Week 1
- Whether Mike LaFleur and the Cardinals can fix this offense
- What this loss means for Arizona moving forward
The Cardinals looked like a completely different team from the one that stunned the Chargers in Week 1. Now the biggest question is whether Seattle exposed a legitimate problem at quarterback. That, or maybe Jacoby just had a nightmare of a game.
