BREAKING: Tempe votes NO, blocking Arizona Coyotes’ proposed arena and entertainment district

The future of the Arizona Coyotes hangs in the balance after propositions 301, 302 and 303 failed to pass. The measures would have allowed the Coyotes to begin the process of cleaning up what is now a dump site at the northeast corner of Priest Drive and Rio Salado Parkway, which would have housed the team’s future arena and entertainment district.
