Excellent article.
I don’t know who is going to be out there.
I can only predict how many games I’ll attend.
Right now, I’m giving away the Detroit, LA and Washington games to a couple of friends, fans who don’t have tickets who like those teams.
That goes against everything I preach about or have preached about over the last 11 years but to heck with it.
Then there’s my disabled buddy in Prescott. I may give him one or two.
That leaves 36 games.
I’ll just say I may give one or two more away if I’m overtraining.
I’ll predict 32 games this year.
I made it to 25 last year and had a blast at each one.
I don’t care what the lines are.
I’m not gonna wear gear or talk to anybody at the games because I offend easily.
I will stand up and cheer each time the YOTES score.
Looking forward to each and every article of yours this year.
Oh, if it’s reported that no arena is found and the team leaves, I will give all remaining tickets to Changing Hands bookstore to be auctioned off. ha

i dont see Zucker on a third line when you paid so much for him on a one year deal. he has to have minites to produce to be worth. ore assets at the deadline.

Well thought out Craig and Petey. Scenario 1 makes a lot of sense for the forwards to me. Soderstrom seems like the wildcard on D. Not a GMBA pick, and as you point out, this may be the year to find out whether he has a future with the team.

I like this a lot. Craig, I’ve always appreciated your approach to the journalistic integrity and not projecting lineups when you know you’re not the one with your reputation on the line or have an absolute insider’s lens as the decision maker (in this case, Tourigny and staff).

With that said, it will be a fun predictive contest for the fans and for Discord, and look forward to the opening night contest. I really do believe Ingram might play more than Vejmelka and has earned the trust of the staff to have a strong balance of starts and it will be a battle in the crease. I think it could be to both goalies’ benefit.
