Arizona State, Arizona, Colorado and Utah are the handful of teams set for a new life in a new conference. Despite a 3-9 season, Dillingham and the staff managed to put together a solid recruiting class and add players from the transfer portal. While some believe ASU will only improve by a few wins, could the Sun Devils jump the Arizona Wildcats and others in the Big 12?
