Arizona Adds ANOTHER International COMMIT As Mabil Mawut Signs With Tommy Lloyd

Arizona basketball has seen an influx of international talent since Tommy Lloyd took over as head basketball coach. Lloyd has developed and coached players such as Oumar Ballo, Pelle Larsson, Bennedict Mathurin, & Henri Veesaar. Other prospects are starting to take note of the work Lloyd has been doing in Tucson. Lloyd has secured two African commitments this week from Sidi Gueye & Mabil Mawut. Mabil Mawut is a young prospect who only started playing basketball in 2021, graduated from the NBA Academy Africa, and most recently played highschool basketball in New York. Khaman Maluach is the most recent South Sudanese prospect to make waves in the NCAA.
