Arizona Signs ANOTHER Transfer But Is There STILL Work To Be Done?

The Wildcats have made another off-season signing with Idaho State transfer Evan Otten. Otten was one of the Big Sky’s premier defensive players the past two seasons averaging 2 blocks per contest but can he play in the Big 12? Fans are skeptical on this signing, are they right to be or should they trust in Tommy Lloyd?
