Kenny Dillingham and the Arizona State Sun Devils officially launched their new recruiting strategy in an effort to land some of the top local players in the class of 2027. Noah Roberts, Jake Hildebrand and four other Arizona high school football players received “golden ticket” offers from ASU. Can Arizona State really land these six players?
