Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark announced the conference would distribute a record $470 million in revenue to its member schools. Houston, UCF, Cincinnati and BYU received $18 million in revenue, while the original members received an estimated $39.8 million each. The Big 12 projects $50 million per school in distribution beginning in the 2025-26 year when their new media rights contract begins.
