BREAKING: Tempe City Council votes to send Arizona Coyotes’ proposed arena and entertainment district to public vote

The Tempe City Council has unanimously voted to send the Arizona Coyotes’ proposed hockey arena and entertainment district to referendum. Tempe residents will be able to vote in a special election held in May.
