The stakes are pretty clear when the Arizona Cardinals host the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday at State Farm Stadium. To be blunt, a playoff berth is on the line. If the Cardinals (6-6) beat the Seahawks (7-5), they'll have a 36.5 percent chance to win the NFC West. If they lose, those chances drop to 4.7 percent.
That's understandable. With four weeks remaining in the season, Seattle would open a two-game lead on the Cardinals and own a sweep of the season series — the first tiebreaker in determining division champs — so it would really be a three-game lead.
