Collin Gillespie’s career-high 30 points paced the Phoenix Suns’ comeback effort in an impressive 130-125 win over the Portland Trail Blazers Tuesday night.
Collin Gillespie’s career night powers suns comeback
After trailing by as many as 19 points early on, Phoenix turned things around and outscored Portland, 63-53, in the second half alone.
In addition to 30 points, Gillespie dished out 10 assists and pulled down four rebounds, making him one of four Suns to finish with a double-double — Mark Williams scored 24 points and pulled down 12 rebounds while Jordan Goodwin finished with 16 points and pulled down 10 rebounds.
