Victor Söderström will be a restricted free agent this summer.

One of the benefits of having a Division I NCAA program in town is the opportunity to see Coyotes prospects play live. Sun Devil hockey's 2023-24 Mullett Arena slate has already featured Denver University forward Miko Matikka, Harvard defenseman Matthew Morden, Omaha forward Tanner Ludtke and Cornell forward Jonathan Castagna.
Last season featured Minnesota center Logan Cooley and defenseman Cal Thomas. Next season will feature Colorado College goalie Carsen Musser and possibly others.
Couple that with the presence of the Tucson Roadrunners and there is a good opportunity to view the future as prospect after Coyotes prospect rolls through Arizona (if only we had a USHL team).
