I think Hayton is the only player that might have some pressure on him.
He’s had plenty of time to develop.
4 games this year, how many last year?
Then as a casual fan I looked up how many players younger than him are doing well. Some of them like the guy playing for the Ducks coming out of the 9th round…..
The 8 year re-build is centered around he and Chykrun right?
It’s time to see he can play with the players throughout the league that are even younger or they gotta move on and find the young players.
Every one of us have had to perform under pressure at one time or another.
It’s Barrett Haytons time. The timer on the stove he was being cooked on just went…. “ ding!!!!!”

Looking forward to getting there and watching it happen.

These “schedule makers” … can we lure them out here with resort vouchers, then make them do the landscaping work in July?

I tell myself they only have to be one point worse than the next worst team. Unfortunately, with as poorly as the Blackhawks are playing so far (Karma???), the Coyotes have needed every one of these regulation losses to stay behind Chicago. It would be nice if they could lose a close game once and a while though.

The truth is that the NHL really doesn’t care about the Coyotes. They care about the Phoenix market but not the Coyotes.

Let’s review:

1) The NHL has jammed the an existing franchise (Coyotes) into the Central Division when a new team joined the league (Kraken), where the closest two teams are 1:45 and 2:15 minute flights instead of sending Winnipeg and Edmonton to the Central and having the Avs join the Pacific. (Or as Craig believes do 8 divisions.)

2) With the travel heavy schedule that the Coyotes have the NHL did not start them on Day 1, but had them sit a couple of days that compacted their schedule even more. (The marquee teams started first, some of them in the Metropolitan (I call it “Bus”) Division.) After all it is hard to travel in that Division.)

This is schedule is insane.
