This has not been the season anyone expected for Devin Booker or the Phoenix Suns. Sitting at 35-41, the Suns are a full game outside of the Western Conference play-in picture. When a team that has Devin Booker, Kevin Durant and the most expensive payroll in NBA history flirts with missing the playoffs altogether, there's going to be plenty of finger-pointing.
