In what appeared to be another mediocre effort by the Diamondbacks that resulted in a loss, the offense instead put together one of the most exciting comebacks of the season by scoring six runs in the top of the 9th to take the lead over the San Diego Padres. Unfortunately, closer Paul Sewald was not sharp again in California, registering his second blown save of the season as the Padres walk-off the D-backs in the bottom of the 9th. We discuss the incredible comeback in the 9th inning and why this loss hurts more than if it would have been a blowout. We are also joined by Jesse Friedman with more from Petco Park.
