Three days of practice at the East-West Shrine Bowl are in the books, and it’s time to take stock of what happened as plenty of talented prospects stepped between the lines at the University of North Texas. If you were to put together an All-Star team FROM the All-Star game, here is who I would nominate. As an added bonus, I’ll add in some practice awards from the week! 
Please note, that these thoughts are based solely off of what happened on the field over the course of these three practice sessions and do not reflect how I view these players in totality. Instead, view this as more of a look at who shined brightest in my eyes solely at this event.
