The Arizona Coyotes fell to the league-leading New York Rangers 8-5 at Mullett Arena. Matias Maccelli, Clayton Keller, Nick Bjugstad, Lawson Crouse and Logan Cooley scored for the Coyotes, but turnovers and mistakes let the Rangers take advantage. Karel Vejmelka made 24 saves on 30 shots on goal to finish the day with a .800 save percentage.
