Thirty-six games into the 2023-24 season, the Phoenix Suns are only two games over .500. Things have improved since the last time we convened for a PHNX Suns Roundtable, but Sunday's loss to the shorthanded Memphis Grizzlies served as a stark reminder that things don't change overnight.
