It wasn’t their most convincing performance, but they got the job done.

Phoenix Rising went to Texoma with big expectations, but fell behind early and needed a winner deep into stoppage time. A Charlie Dennis hat-trick and Emil Cuello’s last, stoppage time winner would ultimately secure the three points for Phoenix despite Triston Henry conceding four.

Now, it’s back to league play, and a Friday night matchup with Lexington SC.
