The Phoenix Suns’ 2025-26 season is officially over as they suffered a series sweep at the hands of the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder.
Suns fight, but can’t avoid sweep by Thunder
OKC earned a 131-122 win in Game 4 of the series, but Phoenix fought throughout the game and made its opponent sweat.
In the loss, Phoenix was led by 24 points from Devin Booker, though 22 of those points came in the second half. The Thunder were led by 31 points from MVP finalist Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, while the team shot 17 of 34 from beyond the arc. The Suns shot 14 of 38 from deep.
