The Phoenix Suns’ final opportunity to advance to the NBA Playoffs will come against Stephen Curry and the red-hot Golden State Warriors.
Suns look to avoid historic Play-In loss to Curry’s Warriors
Golden State earned its opportunity to play Phoenix thanks to a signature performance from Curry, who scored 27 second-half points in a comeback victory over the LA Clippers in the 9-10 game. With his performance, Curry provided the basketball world with yet another reminder of why the Suns will need to be on high alert Friday.

Now, the Suns will look to avoid being on the wrong side of history as no 7th seed has missed the NBA Playoffs since this iteration of the Play-In Tournament was introduced in 2021. It won’t be easy by any means, so can they do it?
PHNX Suns takes a look at last night’s game between the Warriors and Clippers, breaks down the unique challenges Golden State presents and is joined live by Greg Silver, host on San Francisco’s KNBR radio station, to discuss the matchup.
