The weekly Pac-12 football rollercoaster ride is loading up for departure this week with a jam-packed schedule for fans. It’s the last week until the end of October without a Friday game in the conference and three games are taking place during the day. Also this week, Arizona and Utah have a bye.
Last Saturday, we learned something about the state of each team within the conference as we quickly are approaching the halfway point in the season. Take a look at what’s on the schedule for this week along with the betting odds and our predictions for the game.

USC @ Colorado – 11am
Things might not be sunny in Southern California, but they’re certainly brighter than they are in Boulder. Despite USC losing to Oregon State last week in a huge upset, Colorado’s offense has been incredibly lackluster, struggling to put points on the board and generate any yardage. This game is likely going to be one of the rougher ones to get through over the weekend, but so long as USC doesn’t do something absolutely out of left field, they should be able to walk away with the upper hand.
Britt’s Pick: USC
Shane’s Pick: USC
Spread: USC -7.5
Total: 51
Moneyline: Colorado +245/USC -310
#3 Oregon @ Stanford – 12:30pm
Stanford has been on a roll lately, shocking people after the slow start to the season. Oregon, meanwhile, has come out guns blazing since the Ohio State game with no looking back. For the Ducks, they should be returning to Eugene with a win, but in college football, you never know if Stanford somehow finds a way to white-knuckle their way out of this one.
Britt’s Pick: Oregon
Shane’s Pick: Oregon
Spread: Oregon -8
Total: 57.5
Moneyline: Stanford +245/Oregon -310
Washington State @ Cal – 2:30pm
Things have been somewhat of a nightmare for the Cougars so far this season, who have shown few signs of trending in the right direction. Meanwhile for Cal, they’re coming in after dropping the game against Washington in OT, hungry for a win. Given the Cougs’ struggles to create any sort of offensive momentum and the Bears’ solid defense, Cal should be able to come out on top.
Britt’s Pick: Cal
Shane’s Pick: Cal
Spread: Cal -7.5
Total: 53.5
Moneyline: Washington State +245/Cal -310
Washington @ Oregon State – 6:00pm
Both of these teams are coming into the game off of a win, but in very different circumstances. Washington was only narrowly able to edge out Cal last weekend, defeating the Bears in overtime. Meanwhile, Oregon State’s huge upset win over USC is giving the Beavers confidence going into this week. With the recent trends for each program, it’s hard to say who will come out on top in this one.
Britt’s Pick: Oregon State
Shane’s Pick: Oregon State
Spread: Oregon State -1.5
Total: 57
Moneyline: Washington +100/Oregon State -120
Arizona State @ #20 UCLA – 7:30
Playing on the road in LA is something that frequently proves to be a challenge for ASU, but will the Sun Devils have enough experience on the team this year to help get them through the distractions involved? UCLA comes into this game following a victory over Stanford, and despite dropping week three to Fresno State, while Arizona State rolled over Colorado following an upsetting road loss to BYU. Both teams have a lot of offensive potential, and it’s likely going to be a close game.
Britt’s Pick: UCLA
Shane’s Pick: ASU
Spread: UCLA -3
Total: 55.5
Moneyline: ASU +135/UCLA -155
