The Phoenix Mercury had this game exactly where they wanted it early, jumping out to a 19-6 start against the Indiana Fever. Then came the second quarter, the third-quarter collapse, six technical fouls, a Myisha Hines-Allen ejection and, well… sigh. Kahleah Copper and Alyssa Thomas gave Phoenix decent minutes, but the Mercury couldn’t hold onto the early control in another frustrating loss. Erika & Gil break down the chaos, the whistle, the wasted start and where Phoenix goes from here.
Welcome to PHNX Mercury, where we make it more fun to be a Mercury fan!
