Searching for optimism: Are Wildcats too legit to quit?

The beloved Arizona cactus logo is on the helmets for the first time, it’s Homecoming, more than 300 former players will be in town, it’s a sellout crowd, and Khalil Tate – noted conqueror of Colorado – is the Wildcats’ honorary captain.
Deion is on the other sideline. MC Hammer (!) will be at the game. It’s a national game on FOX, and, somehow, after Tucson just got done (hopefully) recording the most 100 days in its history, the temperature will be in the blessed mid-70s for a 1 p.m. kickoff on Saturday.
My excitement for the Wildcats’ game against Colorado might end there.
