Should the Diamondbacks have pursued a trade for one year of Corbin Burnes?

The Baltimore Orioles have pulled off one of the biggest moves of the offseason in their trade with the Milwaukee Brewers for pitching ace Corbin Burnes. While we are happy Burnes is leaving the National League, we do have to wonder if the Diamondbacks could have and should have gone all-in on a trade to make their starting rotation one of the best in baseball.
