To say that Tuesday's 104-93 win over the San Antonio Spurs was action-packed would be an understatement. What started out as a hopeful night for the Phoenix Suns -- where Bradley Beal was set to rejoin the Big 3 and the Suns still had a shot at qualifying for the NBA Cup -- quickly unraveled into yet another injury scare for Kevin Durant.
Injuries are always unfortunate, but especially for a snakebitten Suns team that's only had its Big 3 healthy for a handful of games. This latest injury, plus the reality of barely missing out on the NBA Cup, made an otherwise solid win taste bitter after the fact.
