The Phoenix Suns are on a 16-6 tear, but all eyes were on the 2024 NBA Trade Deadline to see how an aspiring contender might be able to bolster their rotation for a deep playoff run.
As expected, the fireworks were more limited, but the Suns were able to improve their depth. In a three-team deal, the Suns agreed to acquire Royce O'Neale from the Brooklyn Nets and David Roddy from the Memphis Grizzlies.
Phoenix will send Keita Bates-Diop, Jordan Goodwin and three second-round picks to the Nets, while the Grizz will receive Yuta Watanabe, Chimezie Metu and a first-round pick swap in 2026.
