The Toronto Maple Leafs handed the Arizona Coyotes their 14th straight loss… The 4-2 loss was the Coyotes’ first regulation loss in Toronto since 2002. Both Arizona natives Matthew Knies and Auston Matthews scored for the Leafs. Alex Kerfoot scored against his old team and Logan Cooley got the Coyotes within one, but Nylander’s empty-net goal in the final minute sealed the deal. Connor Ingram made 22 saves on 25 shots on goal.
