Just about all I wanted from the rest of the Arizona Wildcats football season was for Tyler Loop to get a chance to set the school record for longest field goal.
Mission accomplished.
The situation was set up perfectly at the end of the first half Friday night against Houston, with the Wildcats getting the ball back at their 25 with 42 seconds left. That was enough time for Arizona to run four plays and gain 31 yards, setting up Loop for a 62-yard attempt.
