The rich somehow inexplicably get richer as the San Diego Padres land free agent shortstop Xander Bogaerts with an 11-year, $280 million deal. So what about that other guy they have at shortstop until 2034? Also, the D-backs escape the Rule 5 Draft unscathed…for now.
